Track Description
A challenging track requiring a knowledge of 4WDing. Can be done with a stock standard 4WD but I would avoid taking your compact 4wds (x-trails, rav 4's) unless they are lifted. Low range is a must if alone
Avoid during wet season, tracks get muddy and the entries and exits to the creek crossings get chopped up
Trackfile starts at Dalrymple road in TSV - sorry no file editor. Highway turnoff is southern side of Haughton river or south of Giru
Before the end of the track at Dalbeg Weir is a nice place called the Blue Valley weir. This is the junction of the Burdekin and Bowen rivers
