About the Track

Track Description

Starting from Kenny Road the track heads westerly dropping moderate to steeply down to the Timbarra River with the track rocky but not rough. The drop into the river is off a steep dirt bank with water about 400mm deep in normal flow. Coming out is over river gravel and gentle. The track then gently rises for about a Km before becoming rougher and steeper. It quickly rises to max gradient of 30% (100m in 340m from oztoppo maps) where there are some rock ledges of about 400-500mm. The remainder of the track is moderate to steep but easy going and finishes at Mt. Elizabeth Road
