Mt Mee National Forest
About the Track
Track Description

Mt Mee has a clay base which in wet conditions will make it an extreme track in the fire trails.  The main track is pastable in all conditions but until the end July 2009 some areas are closed for track and fire break maintenance.

attached is the latest EPA map for the region and you can acquire a map either from thr EPA (which there will mail it out) or the rangers information booth at Mt Mee

46513 Great fun and close to brisbane. All tracks are relatively easy. take the time to do the medium tracks of to the side up near the somerset lookout, well worth it. LandRover Defender Feb 14, 2015
39363 Drove around the whole place over the October long weekend. Had been recently graded. The green and yellow tracks could be done in a family sedan. Did A Break, which was a bit more interesting but not overly challenging. Would have been far more exciting in the wet. Still, some lovely views and other things to see and my wife and son had a great time. Nissan Pathfinder Oct 7, 2014
42240 Great tracks. Categorised according to easy, moderate and difficult tracks based on National Parks map. Camped at Neurum Creek campsite and also had a much needed dip at Rocky Hole. Jeep Wrangler Mar 18, 2014

24726 The whole park is AWD with the exception only of "A Break" and "The Hanger" - the black run in the attached map, The Hanger is the track that cuts off to the east off A Break. There is a new map available if you search on google. The The Hanger was close but all of A Break was open. It was an easy day out, lots of wildlife for the kids to look out for. 13449 Have been around Mt Mee area tracks many times, lots of good routes, some steep stuff for low range gears. Good for someone learning with someone with experience, the sort of place you can go without worrying about getting stuck. Always take recovery gear in case, plenty (Not too many) of vehicles around out there on weekends. Suzuki Grand Vitara Aug 10, 2010
