Phasmid Ridge Track starts at co-ordinates 37-56.428S and 145-49.262E and runs off Tarago Road.

About 800 metres into this track it has a fork.  The left fork is Phasmid Track and joins up with Sisters Track after about 5 kilometres.   This section has some steep and rutted areas that are very slippery, especially in the wet.  Great views along the way though.

The right hand fork continues as Phasmid Ridge Track and continues for approximately seven kilometres and joins into Spion Kopje Creek Track which is listed on this website as a seperate track.   The conditions this way are not too different from going left at the fork, just longer, more hills, more ruts and more mud.
