Second Beach is cool place for camping/4x4ing/motorbikes. It\'s basically a flat beach where you can drive around in the many dune tracks which include short steep soft hills and big soft sandy areas. When we went we missed the sign with the phone number on it cause we went in a different entrance, but it might be worth calling it to let them know you\'re there. Also when we went there was no one else on the beach/dunes, apparently though it\'s usually packed with bikes, so be careful on the dunes as a Motorbike wedged in your bullbar might be rather painful for him and your wallet - But yeah like I said, there was no one the weekend we went. Can fish/chill/4x4 etc, it\'s a really nice place.
You basically head to Port Victoria a couple hundred Ks from Adelaide, and head a few Ks down Second Beach rd and there are a few entrances on your right that go into the dunes.

53057 | Long Stretch of Beach with some soft patches that can easily bog you down if you are not careful. Has some awseome side tracks that take you off the beach with a couple of dunes, one being easily conquered, whereas the other being quite difficult. An awesome 4x4 experience, having been coming here for many years. | Toyota Landcruiser | Dec 8, 2014 |
