I have been asked many time lately how to get to Yawal camping grounds, so here's the track from Nowra.
Lots of mines and relics to find. free camping, toilets, swimming.

| 28735 | Easy drive in. Road suitable for 2WD. Main camping site (shown as the picnic ground by the dam on maps), is not the first camping ground you come to on the way in. The main camp site is beside the dam, and is large and (reasonably) grassy. The road is easily suitable for any camper trailers. Note that we had planned to do the Tjianara fire trail through to Tjianara falls on the Braidwood road, but there was a locked gate across the road.
