About the Track

Track Description

This track starts at Wolgan road and takes the turn to the left to the upper Cox's Valley.
Cross the Cox's on the first bridge to the left .
Once up to the Great Divide, it is a short but steep descent on the other side towards the colliery.

                                Not expecting much, this track was a nice surprise. I've done Baal Bone Gap (Gardens of Stone) before with a group of guys. However, as I was alone with the family, I thought I'd take the easier track from Walgan rd to Castlereagh hwy. Half way along you get to see some rock formations. The trek is mostly high range, with one or two low range sections. But nothing too challenging.
