city-view 4wd park Introducing City-View 4x4 Park, South East Queenslands newest 4wd destination, which is situated only 8klms from Beaudesert on Sandy Creek Road (Brisbane UBD ref 331 D12). We are only 72 klms from The Gold Coast, 64 klms from Brisbane and 60 klms from Ipswich. Our highest point is Mt Tilley which is 553m (eg. Mt Tamborine is 580m) which makes the views spectacular. From the city of Brisbane to The NSW Border Ranges, the scenery is endless. We have 20 identified campsites ranging from large club group areas to secluded hideaway spots for 2 or 3 cars. Amenities at the moment include portable flushing toilets and fire places. Soon this will include a shower at the office and showering facilities at some of the larger campgrounds. Several of our campsites have great night views of the Brisbane lights. Being only 8klms from Beaudesert , City-View 4x4 park has conveniences such as KFC, McDonalds, Eagle Boys Pizza, Coles, Bakery, Fuel, Pubs and the local swimming pool . There are approx 65klms of touring tracks and numerous 4wd trails. There are 4 main areas for the more challenging 4wding with creek beds, hill climbs and rock to play on. As a day trip destination City-View is ideal and for those who wish to stay longer, bring your swag, tent or campertrailer and enjoy what we have to offer. 56998 | I'd have to say its a pretty poorly maintained park, very rough on cars will not be going back there. Managed to write off a friends Hilux and we both had 2 Inch lifts. Tracks are not well marked and would not recommend unless you're one of those crazy people with 4 inch lifts and lockers on front and back. Not a fun weekend, go somewhere else...easy tracks are not easy. | Mitsubishi Challenger | Apr 12, 2015 |
57669 | Fairly difficult tracks very hard on the vehicle as tracks aren't maintained but I got through most of them with a 50mm lift and 32.5 bf goodrich a/t tyres. Only used winch once.sharp rocks and big boulders some mud depending on weather. Challenging and tracks and good camp spots. | Jeep Wrangler Unlimited | Apr 12, 2015 |
39363 | Headed out here today in a stock R51 Pathfinder and a Prado. Had a ball. Good that it was dry. Wet would be scary without some serious mods. Great price, can bring a dog, nice camping areas. A really good place to have some time out. | Nissan Pathfinder | Apr 21, 2014 |
47884 | Had a great day here in our stock Paj, 2 year old in the car seat the missus and the 8 year old holding and loving it. Had a group of 8 vehicles, and had a great day. A lot more of a challenge than I expected, so was stoked! Will definitely be back for more! | Mitsubishi Pajero | Apr 20, 2014 |
37329 | Great fun day. in a Prado with no mods it was quit hard so stayed on blue tracks and had no problems even though as the manager said it is very tough tracks. | Toyota Prado | Dec 29, 2013 |
