Track Description
This track is rich in Clay particualry in the steep sections. You always know its steep when you can see the tops of the trees at eye level on the way down. At 1500 metres and then down to 500 metres over 3.5kms distance is enough to treat this track with respect particularly in the wet. The clay even with a little moisture is extremely slippery. There is more rock a the top but down the bottom there are some very steep descents. great views and the connecting track the Hummfray river even though in the bottom of the valley has some steep pinches as well.
