About the Track

Track Description

The track on the end of Watson Road is more than a standard or slightly modified 4x4 can handle. My Challenger is standard in the diffs and I require lockers to do this again. 1.5KM's traveled in 2 hours because of winching and recoveries over rock ledges. The Colorado with 2" lift, MT tyres and lockers (front and rear) had little trouble but the Prado with all the electronic traction controls needed to winch once over.

This is a moderate track for a well set up 4x4. I don't recommend standard 4by's unless you are welling to winch a lot.
