Track Description

An alternative to the 45km Hume Hwy, this unsealed road follows the Carrick Rd to the Brayton crossing. Head straight over and join the Canyonleigh Rd. The total length of the route is 50km with 35km on gravel roads.
There are three gates which need to be opened (please close again) on the Canyonleigh Rd. There is a road to the Wollondilly River with a nice river crossing but the route has been blocked by an electronic boom gate (which is also locked).

An easy scenic drive which makes for an interesting drive rather than the boring Hume Hwy.
