Track Description

This is Peppermint Grove Beach's northern access point. This is from the northern most car park along Peppermint Grove Tce.

The Capel River mouth is located about 500m up the beach but usually the mouth is closed and isn't flowing through to the ocean so the beach clear all the way to the North. This beach can range in difficulty depending on the conditions from easy firm sand through to difficult if you were to attemp the crossing the river on the occasions where the river mouth is open and flowing (more often in winter). The beach can get soft at times but with lowered tyre pressures there should be no issues.
