                                I did this track on Saturday with no problems in a stock X-Trail. The countour banks are being repaired, but there are still plenty of old washed out ones. Low clearance vehicles shouldn't have a problem if they take care.
The creek crossing has also taken a beating due to recent floods in the area, again exercise care and you shouldn't have any problems.

                                I did this track today with the family. The scenery is magnificent. There has been some recent rain, however the middle section just after the Trig Station and towards Putty has recently had a grader over it.
The Creek is about shin high.

                                Great track to a little fun if you're after a nice cruise with brilliant views.  Certainly not challenging but still fun nonetheless.

                                Did this track on Monday of long wkend, very wet and muddy, the middle section on the rough shale and rocks is a bit boring but the Putty rd end was great. Track is clear all the way through very muddy on the hills just before the river tiny creek.

                                Did this track from putty rd side on the weekend in my 4x4 HIACE van we had 5 cars in total and had no problems driving the track. river was knee high, track was muddy in parts. seen roos and a wombat, a few bikes. there was a log over the track about a mtr wide we couldn't get through. had to turn around, driving out was fun going up a hill covered in mud but it got the van nice and dirty lol. Great day out and plan on doing it again soon
